There is nothing more beautiful than spring in Sweden—the expansive sky, and the incredible brightness of the fresh greenery. I experienced this awakening a few times while being there, along with the hospitality and warmth of the wonderful people who are so proud of their heritage, history, and culture. It's a summer dream come true: to immerse yourself in the Swedish land of Sörmland during the busiest time of the year and combine the international experience of the IDE team with local crafts to co-create new shapes, flavours and expressions.
